Managing Real Estate is precision work that we do in collaboration with Salvors Property Management. First, you decide what you want to hand over to us. Then, after meeting personally, we will draw up an offer custom-made to your wishes. Prices on request. 

Some of the possibilities:

• Monthly collection of the rent via account number, held in the name of Stichting Derdengelden Salvors Financieel Beheer;
• Annual indexation of the rent in line with inflation (figures from Statistics Netherlands);
• Management of rent deposits (without payment of interest);
• Correspondence and communication with lessees;
• In the event of a failure to pay the rent (or pay it on time), we provide assistance with any collection measures, should they prove necessary.
• Dealing with all reports of minor technical emergencies;
• Monitoring implementation of the service and repair orders you/we give;
• Correspondence and communication with the service mechanics, plumbers, building contractors and so on;
• Administration of the costs for the service and repair orders, and deduction of these costs from the rent that is collected;
• Requests for quotations for any work that is needed on your property;
• Inspection of the accommodation in the event of a change in lessee.
